St. Michael's will be hosting the Sexual Abuse Awareness Training Session on Saturday, August 26, 2023, for those new volunteers who are not in the Diocese database or who have not previously taken this class.  We will have the Spanish session at 4:00pm and the English session at 6:00pm in St. Rose Hall.  Each session will last about 1-1/2 hours.  We will also be hosting the Recognizing, Responding and Reporting Abuse Training Session on Saturday, September 2 for those who need to renew their training or who have already taken the Sexual Abuse Awareness Training.  We will have the Spanish session at 4:00pm and the English session at 6:00pm in St. Rose Hall.  Please plan to attend if you are interested in volunteering and are currently not cleared with Safe Environment.  If you are not sure if you are cleared or are not sure which class to take, please call Brenda at the church office, 972-542-4667, extension 113 for English and Evodio at 972-542-4667, extension 117 for Spanish.  Also, all volunteers need to be registered parishioners.  If you are not a registered parishioner, please arrive prior to the training class to complete the registration.  Thank you!

St. Michaels organizará la sesión de entrenamiento de Concientización Sobre Abuso Sexual el sábado 26 de agosto de 2023 para aquellos nuevos voluntarios que no están en la base de datos de la Diócesis de Dallas o que no han tomado esta clase anteriormente. Tendremos la sesión en español a las 4:00 pm y la sesión en inglés a las 6:00 pm en St. Rose Hall. Cada sesión durará aproximadamente 1-1/2 horas. También estaremos organizando la Sesión de Capacitación para Reconocer, Responder y Reportar el Abuso el sábado 2 de septiembre para aquellos que necesitan renovar su ambiente seguro o que ya tomaron la Capacitación de Concientización sobre el Abuso Sexual. Tendremos la sesión en español a las 4:00 pm y la sesión en inglés a las 6:00 pm en St. Rose Hall. Planee asistir si está interesado en ser voluntario y actualmente no está autorizado con Ambiente Seguro.
